This course shows how to reduce the risks of manual handling. Manual handling injuries are the most common injuries suffered by workers across all workplaces in all industries. The course discusses the definition of manual handling, and the identification, assessment and control of manual handling hazards. The manual handling techniques of safe lifting and office ergonomics are also covered.
